Terms & Conditions

1. to make a reservation lynton house require a credit/debit card number to hold the room. Alternatively a cheque can be sent for the first night stay.

2. The balance of the stay is required on the day of check out by either cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. (please note a charge of 3% will be added to all credit card payments)

3. cancellation policy -

a. Bookings cancelled up to 3 days before the arrival date will not be charged.
b. Bookings cancelled with less than 3 days notice will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of first night.
c. All 'no shows' will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking value.

4. Any breakages or damage to the premises will be charged to the debit/credit card.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house and is against the law. If you do smoke you will be asked to leave immediately.
